Elga P45S is a flammable flexible universal rutile cellulose coated electrode for welding of non-alloy carbon steel in all positions from top to bottom on both alternating and direct current. Very wide application. Produces a soft, steady arc, giving a flat seam easily released from the slag and a few spills. Relatively little sensitive to dirt, rust and surface coatings.
